A Simple Morning and Evening Hair Care Routine

Quick answer: Wash first, dry the scalp, then apply any leave-in product to a dry or towel-dried scalp as its label says. Do not layer several leave-in products on the same area unless a professional advises it. If you use minoxidil, follow its label and keep other products off that area unless advised.
Morning
If you wash in the morning, use a gentle shampoo, towel-dry and dry the roots. A leave-in tonic goes on after towel-drying, as with the Dr. M tonic method.
Evening
Many people prefer evening for topical steps because there is more time. Minoxidil products such as Folli-Fix need a dry scalp; follow the label. Minoxidil products are not a cure; ask a doctor or pharmacist before starting.
Keep it realistic
The best routine is one you can repeat. If you are juggling several products, ask our team to simplify it at a free consultation. See contact.
